Throughout my career, I’ve led initiatives at recognized institutions such as Kaiser Permanente, Mercy General Hospital, and Alta Bates Hospital, and co-founded multiple consulting ventures including Phillips, Jack & Associates and Direct Health Networks. Most recently, I launched Founders First Consulting to offer lean, hands-on support to early-stage startups and partnerships.
